GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Grounding resistors (also known as earthing resistors) in open version (IP00), consisting of grid elements assembled in banks. The specific configuration of the individual elements gives the system high mechanical strength, making it suitable for use even in applications subject to vibration or shock.
The high mass of its active parts makes the GRF model the ideal resistor whenever large amounts of energy have to be absorbed in a short time, as in the neutral-point grounding systems of transformers or generators.
This model is available for systems with insulation voltages up to 1000 V in the standard version, or for systems up to 36 kV with suitable division into banks and the use of appropriate ceramic support insulators.

- Special versions in a protective enclosure, which can be equipped with electrical control and protection devices (current transformers, overcurrent relays, etc.).
